Shipping Policy

Unique pieces are shipped 1-3 business days after purchase. Made to order items may take 7 to 10 days to be shipped and can take an additional 10 days to be received depending on the country.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

The delivery price is calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the item.
For customers located in Canada and United States, you should receive your artwork within 8-10 business days. For customers located in the rest of the world, you should receive your artwork within 1-3 months.
If you need artwork more quickly for a special event or birthday, please contact us by email, and we will see what we can do.

Important Information for International Customers

Depending on the size or weight of the package, there may be additional fees or taxes charged by UPS. Fayality is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the postal service. International orders may incur customs fees and have variable delivery times. We are not responsible for any additional charges.

Address

It is the Buyer's responsibility to check that the shipping address is updated and correct. If a package is returned to the sender because of an incomplete address, the buyer will have to pay the shipping fee again for a resend of the package. Please make sure the address is updated and full including apt # if necessary.

Order Status

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
